Due to the nature of baked goods, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All food and baked items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a clear issue with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our team will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit
    (Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.)

Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, or third-party courier issues.

  • If a delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.
